When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Michelle Charpentier saw an opportunity to transform her passion project into a full-time business. With over 15 years in corporate retail, she launched Charp Consulting to support female-owned businesses and moms with marketing and business strategies.

She had always been behind the scenes helping others shine and decided to use her skills to uplift and empower fellow entrepreneurs struggling to stay connected with their customers in a rapidly shifting, digital world.

Michelle’s journey began in college, where she studied Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management with dreams of working in music. However, as the industry shifted to independent production, she found herself gravitating toward event production and fashion show management.

She built her career working with events like New York Fashion Week and various brands, allowing her to hone her skills in marketing, networking, and behind-the-scenes production. It was during the pandemic that she recognized how many small businesses were struggling without a digital presence, and she knew she could help.

From unofficially supporting friends and local businesses to establishing Charp Consulting, Michelle’s story is one of turning challenges into opportunities.

Today, she focuses on helping businesses pivot to the digital landscape with marketing strategies tailored to their needs, proving that even in challenging times, passion and experience can make a significant impact.
