She is the founder and owner of Phoenix House Inc, a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing mental health aid, job readiness, financial literacy, and transitional housing to families facing homelessness.
Ebony also owns Phoenix House Care Works LLC a home care agency, where she serves the disabled and elderly community with light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and grocery store assistance while also providing companionship.
